Pure cheese is run by Australian Master-Cheese-maker - Tim Gadischke and his wife Candis.
Tim and Candis both have extensive experience in the specialty cheese industry. Their work, which is of superior quality, has won them multiple Gold Medals at both Australian and International Cheese shows.
Tim and Candis, along with their two young children, love cooking, entertaining and enjoying great cheeses with friends. They also enjoy the outdoors, many weekends filling up with activities such as Sailing, Wakeboarding and Camp-oven cooking.
As Self-confessed “Cheese-aholics”, Tim and Candis love nothing more than, sharing their passion of cheese-making with fellow cheese lovers, by showing just how easy it is to make your own cheese at home.
